As a remote full-stack developer for over three years, I collaborated every day with other developers around the world while implementing proper remote work etiquette, workstation behavior, positive feedback response, and proper time-based schedule among the technical skills. In my previous work experience as a MERN stack developer, I was given little to less supervision on my work which was mostly reviewed by the senior developer I was under then, and most of my codes and work ethics were appreciated by the members of my team. Being opportune to study psychology which is very useful in my interactions has helped me to see each person as a different individual who has something new or fun I could learn from. This prompts me to understand people more. I'm also accountable and prioritize tasks according to their importance.
